By the time we were closing this edition....... at last justice was made in San Carlos, the Second Judge for the Civil Matters ordered Catalina Ordaz de Evatt to clear the premises of the Hotel Fiesta San Carlos and Condominiums Villas Sirenas. Catalina Ordaz de Evatt was in possession of such facilities, and despite the order of the Judge she was reluctant to clear the area. It was not necessary to have the use of public force because finally the controversial and turbulent woman decided to leave the place and install herself on the exterior of such facilities, along with some of her family members and attorneys, including her legal consultant Alan Jaramillo.

Mr. Jaramillo had no choice but to accept the fact of such forceful legal order. Mr. Jon Mellen and his attorneys were also present during this judicial process, and when they tried to enter the condominium they realized that the locks had been changed. During Semana Santa (Holy Week) Mr. Alan Jaramillo and his family were staying in such place, incurring a clear breach of trust, such breach of trust is no doubt a crime of the Penal branch. Catalina Ordaz and her sisters used the opportunity to make verbal attacks against me using all kinds of offensive words; these verbal attacks were made before the presence of Commander Oscar Villa as well as Mr. Francisco Vidaurrazaga and before a good number of police officers from Guaymas.

To me, such verbal attacks are a reason of pride, especially if we consider the source of such verbal statements, because we hear and consider expressions according to the source. In this case, the source was Catalina Ordaz de Evatt, and if the Justice of the State of Sonora is true to its word -and its motto: “nobody above the law”-, then surely it will not be long before Catalina Ordaz de Evatt has to face a number of civil and penal litigations, with a high probability of doing time in a prison of Guaymas or in some other city of the State. For those who behave in bad faith soon or later they get their punishment.

In the meantime, on the next edition we will present all the details of this event to the general audience, so that they can start getting their confidence back in the laws and the honest application of such laws.
See you soon.
